A tracking link is sent by email the moment your order leaves the atelier. If a pair has not arrived within its window, write to us and we will trace it with the carrier.

Every pair leaves the atelier in Dubai. Orders are dispatched within [1–2] business days of confirmation; pairs from a run still being finished show their expected dispatch date on the product page.

Address changes
We can amend a delivery address up until the order is dispatched. Once a pair is with the carrier, changes follow the carrier's redirection process.
