Shipping policy

Every Tidal order is dispatched from our atelier in Dubai.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation. Pairs from a run that is still being finished are marked as such on the product page, with the expected dispatch date shown at checkout. A tracking link is emailed the moment your order leaves the atelier.

Delivery times and rates

United Arab Emirates: 1–3 business days.

GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 3–6 business days.

International: 5–8 business days depending on destination.

Duties and taxes

Prices within the UAE include VAT. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by the destination country.

Delayed or lost orders

If your order has not arrived within the delivery window above, contact us with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier. Orders confirmed lost in transit are replaced or refunded in full.

Address changes

We can amend a delivery address at any point before dispatch. Once an order is with the carrier, changes are subject to the carrier's redirection process and cannot be guaranteed.
